Consultative Selling

All organizations seek growth. Not all organizations have the resources or the desire to employ sales specialists. Experience tells us that some organization’s best people for explaining and promoting the organization have other day-to-day responsibilities. This development program “demystifies” the process we know as business development.

What is it?

Our Consultative Selling program is an instructor led training intervention that teaches participants about the process, the motivations of buyers and the pitfalls to avoid during the sales process. Delivered with humor, the material is easily digested and predictably leads to increased revenues.

Program results:

  • A thorough understanding of how sales actually happen and the role a good sales person should be adept a playing
  • How to spread the sales effort amongst many individuals with different skills to let people play to their strengths
  • How to find new prospects without cold calls or other intrusive, objectionable methods

Teamwork & Collaboration

This workshop focuses on assisting the Manager in building collaboration and teamwork within their organization. The workshop’s objective is to build awareness and collaboration skills in one-on-one situations, and within and between teams and groups.

Who is it for?

  • Working managers who are new to their position, new to a team, or just need a refresher on getting work done through others

Why?

New managers often are ill prepared to deal with the complex mix of employee behaviors that arise in the workplace. The understanding and skills required to effectively address individual employee’s actions – and non action – are explained, demonstrated and then practiced during this interactive workshop.

What is it?

T&C is an instructor led training intervention for participants who will:

  • Learn fundamental team concepts and characteristics of effective teams
  • Learn how to engage and collaborate with others
  • Learn how to solve problems and make decisions, and apply the learning to either one-on-one or team situations
  • Learn tools and techniques to positively confront others and manage conflict constructively
  • Apply techniques that build effective relationships and foster teamwork and collaboration
  • Apply interpersonal communication tools that enable participants to enhance their own personal effectiveness

Program results:

  • Understanding of the concepts, characteristics and strategies of effective teamwork
  • The ability to create and manage effective teams
  • Improved skills around team dynamics, group problem solving and how to confront constructively

Managing People – Getting Results

Develop those managers who sit closest to the work to attain organizational goals and expand managerial capabilities.

The MP-GR Program provides managers the functional knowledge to increase productivity for themselves and their reports, improve business relationships and create long-lasting, sustainable leadership skills aligned with organizational goals and values.

MP-GR is an instructor led training intervention that teaches managers to effectively manage and empower people for improved organizational results. Tailored to organizational needs, MP-GR provides managers with the tools needed to manage and motivate direct reports and improve their own engagement with personal and organizational goals.
